Terms of Use

1. General
NexaLog is a fitness, nutrition, and habit tracking platform operated by Stellar Winds Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). It lets you log workouts, meals, recipes, habits, body measurements, and daily notes, share selected content with other users, and connect third-party health services. By downloading, accessing, or using the NexaLog app or website (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Registration is free; certain features require a paid subscription as described below.
3. Purchases
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed by those platforms under their own terms. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method associated with your store account. We use a third-party subscription-management provider to validate purchases, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
4. Paid Subscriptions
NexaLog offers optional Premium subscription packages billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Premium unlocks additional features such as multiple habit entries per day, advanced analytics and insights, and priority support. Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the store through which you purchased.
5. Health and Medical Disclaimer
NexaLog is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Content in the Service — including calorie and macronutrient targets, adaptive goals, exercise ranks, fasting timers, insights, and suggestions — is provided for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health provider before beginning any exercise program, diet, or fasting protocol, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the Service.
6. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are continuously updating the Service, and it may contain information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — including nutritional data sourced from third-party food databases. We reserve the right to correct errors and change or update information at any time without prior notice, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in the Service.
7. Reliance on Information
Any information provided by the Service is made available for general information purposes only. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on it by you or any other user.
8. Content You Provide to Us
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service — including logs, notes, photos, recipes, routines, posts, and comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as necessary to operate and provide the Service, including showing your shared content to the audiences you select (friends-only or public). You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
9. Social Features
The Service includes social features such as friend connections, activity feeds, likes, comments, shareable links, and importing shared items. Content you share publicly or via share links can be viewed by, and copied into the libraries of, other users. Be respectful: we may suspend accounts that abuse, harass, or spam other users. You can block other users and control the visibility of your posts at any time.
10. Copyright Notices
If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@nexalog.app with details of the alleged infringement. We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content at our discretion.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service integrates with third-party services you may choose to connect, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, Samsung Health, Strava, Garmin, and Fitbit, and sources food data from third-party databases. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. The Service may also contain links to third-party websites we do not control.
12. Information Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored by the Service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Winds Technologies and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising from your access to or use of the Service, the conduct of other users or third parties, or unauthorized access to your account.
14. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings; deletion is confirmed by email verification and permanently removes your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be determined], without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
17. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
